Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This notice explains how the SAIVORYA institutional website handles information. SAIVORYA is currently a project/brand and has not yet been established as a separate legal entity. The person responsible for this project is Alessandra Martins de Paula. Privacy inquiries: saivorya.intelligence@gmail.com.

1. Information submitted by visitors

The website currently has no mailing-list or waitlist form and does not ask visitors to submit their email address through a form. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and message content.

2. Technical information and hosting

When a website is accessed, the hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service, such as IP address, request details, browser/device information, and security logs. The exact information and retention period depend on the provider and its settings. The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages; please also review Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Information may be used to respond to messages, maintain website security, prevent abuse, and operate the website. Where a law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the circumstances and jurisdiction, and may include responding to a request, legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

SAIVORYA has not intentionally added analytics, advertising pixels, or a marketing-cookie feature to this institutional page. Hosting or security services may use technically necessary mechanisms. This notice must be updated if additional analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools are introduced.

5. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, network, email, and security providers when necessary to operate the website or answer your message. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their terms and applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and maintain appropriate records, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical logs are controlled in part by the hosting provider and its retention settings. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request, email saivorya.intelligence@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may be unable to comply where an exception applies.

8. Children

This website is not designed to solicit personal information from children.
